Mini Pony Hangouts and Therapeutic Session- Click HERE to register
Horses can be incredibly healing and helpful for assisting with various types of trauma, as well as anxiety, social emotional learning difficulties, and self confidence.
They also are simply fun to be around! Mini ponies are no exception, especially these guys!
In this one hour session each student will spend time up close and personal time, one on one, with one or all three ponies.
The activities we do in each session can be chosen in advance, students can simply hang out with them and we can take it from there!
Pony activities can include:
- walking the ponies
- giving them a bath
- Pony Beauty Shop- brushing and braiding hair
- spending quiet time with them in their stall
- running and playing with them in the arena
- petting and snuggling them! (especially Buffy, who loves to be snuggled)
These activities can be therapeutic in their own way, however we can also design a more targeted plan to include:
- therapeutic excercises with the ponies- trauma release, reflection work, cellular clearing and reprogramming
- Yoga with the ponies
- Meditation with the ponies
- dancing with the ponies
This is suitable for kids ages 7 and up, as well as adults.
One hour session is sliding scale $25 - $65, and can include up to two people or two children.
I am including a limited number of low income tickets per month for those who can't afford much, donate what you can for this option.
Location is at a beautiful new horse boarding facility in North Chico, location will be shared after registration.
